Waterloo, Wisconsin—Crave Brothers Farmstead Classics Cheese is calling on home cooks to submit their recipes for the Mad About Crave Brothers Mascarpone Contest. Competitors have until January 13, 2012, to send their recipe ideas for appetizers/side dishes (includes salads), main dishes and desserts. If you are tech savvy, please include a one-minute (or less) video demo of your recipe for the Crave Brothers website!
Each of the three competition categories will have a first place winner. The prize package for category winners includes $200 for first place and inclusion in a widely distributed recipe booklet. The Grand Prize winner will be awarded an Apple iPad 2.
Crave Brothers award-winning Mascarpone is a versatile, creamy sweet cheese that adds its rich flavor to everything from Creamy Mascarpone Mushroom Soup and Mascarpone Pesto Chicken Rolls to desserts such as Craves’ Signature Chocolate Mascarpone Pie. We’re looking for innovative, family-friendly recipe ideas that demonstrate creative and versatile mascarpone recipes.
Crave Brothers Farmstead Classics Cheeses are made with milk from the Crave Brothers Dairy Farm.
