MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (July 27, 2011) – Cousins Subs® today announced that Joe Ferguson has been promoted to vice president of development. In this new role, Ferguson will serve as a member of the company’s management team and oversee franchise sales, real estate and construction.
Ferguson has worked with Cousins Subs for seven years, most recently serving as director of real estate.
“Joe has excellent analytical skills and the ability to focus on details while applying them to larger strategic issues – I am very confident in his abilities to expand our Cousins franchise,” said Christine A. Specht, president and chief operating officer for Cousins Subs. “He is goal-oriented and has a demonstrated ability to bring real results to our system.”
Ferguson is a resident of Whitefish Bay and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
