Clifton Gunderson: Bryan Laabs earns CCIFP designation

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (February 10, 2011) – Clifton Gunderson, ranked as one of the nation’s largest certified public accounting and consulting firms, today announced Bryan Laabs has earned his Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) designation from the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals, Inc. (ICCIFP).

“Bryan is now one of 18 construction financial professionals in Wisconsin with this specialized designation,” said Scott Tracy, partner and Clifton Gunderson’s construction and real estate practice leader. “Bryan’s diligence, expertise, and commitment to the construction industry provides great value to our construction clients. His new accreditation will allow him to build on the great client service he provides today.”

Laabs is a senior manager in the Milwaukee office. He has more than 10 years of public accounting experience and specializes in providing audit, accounting and consulting services to clients in the construction, real estate, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution industries. Laabs received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.


ICCIFP is a not-for-profit corporation established to promote the highest standards of construction financial management through the credentialing of construction financial professionals. ICCIFP is an independent, separately incorporated entity affiliated with the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) that issues credentials to individuals who successfully meet ICCIFP standards.
