Pewaukee (May 9, 2011) – Due to client demand, CC&N is now offering iPad support as part of its CommWatch™ services. CC&N is Wisconsin’s largest provider of cabling and connectivity solutions with more than 600 clients and $25 million in sales.
Through CommWatch, CC&N handles the administration, education and support services for companies’ wireless communication devices, including smart phones, cell phones, laptops and now iPads.
Since Apple doesn’t offer an iPad technical certification program, CC&N worked with a local dealer to develop a technical support class for its help desk analysts. The two-day training session prepared CC&N’s analysts to troubleshoot iPad problems, load and utilize the most frequently used business-related applications, and assist with data transfer.
“Companies outsource management of their wireless devices to us because we’re a forward-focused technology company that efficiently and effectively responds to all their wireless needs and requests,” says Holly Fischer, technology support manager for CC&N. “Since our clients are now deploying iPads into their workforce, we implemented an expert program to support this emerging business tool.”
Each week the analysts who man CC&N’s wireless help desk handle up to 700 queries from clients. CC&N’s analysts are available 24/7, 365 days a year.
