Wausau, WI – Attorney Kristen Lonergan will join the staff of Bremer & Trollop Law Offices S.C. on September 12, 2011. Attorney Lonergan’s areas of experience include personal injury cases, with an emphasis in civil trial practice.

Attorney Lonergan earned undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Sociology and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to joining Bremer & Trollop, Lonergan served as attorney at Gingras, Cates and Luebke in Madison, Wisconsin. She also served as External Relations Intern to the Office of Governor Jim Doyle and as an intern for the Outagamie County District Attorney’s Office.

Attorney Lonergan was the Team Captain for Wisconsin Law School’s Mock Trial Team in both 2009 and 2010, and she went on to coach the team after graduating. She is the recipient of the 2010 Susan R. Steingass Award for Outstanding Law Student in Trial Advocacy and the 2010 Bruce F. Beilfuss Memorial Award for Outstanding Service to the Law School. She has served as president and founder for the Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ) Student Chapter and is currently a member of the WAJ’s Women’s Caucus and the WAJ’s Membership Services Committee.
