B.T. Thomas has been promoted to senior counsel in the legal department of BMO Institutional Services, formerly M&I Institutional Trust Services. For the past seven years, Thomas has served as employee benefits relationship manager. His offices are at BMO Harris Bank, 401 N. Segoe.
Thomas earned a bachelor of business administration degree at UW-Eau Claire and his law degree at the U.W. Law School.
