Avastone Technologies, Heartland Business Systems: Staff changes

LITTLE CHUTE, WI – Greg Borchard has been named director of business development at Little Chute-based Avastone Technologies. He was most recently director of business development with the Revere Group, headquartered in Chicago. A 20-year veteran in the information technology industry, Borchard will be responsible for growing Avastone’s web, software and business intelligence clientele.

Also at Avastone, Russ Langel recently joined the staff as a software solutions architect.

Tom Maloney has joined Heartland Business Systems as a senior sales consultant. He has more than 32 years of sales experience, most recently with Tushaus.Computer Services. Prior to that, he was with ComputerLand/Unison Computers and Valley Business Equipment.

Also at Heartland Business Systems, Darren Carlson and Richard Ensminger have been hired as senior consulting engineers. Wesley Jordan, David Rosener, Alex Cerier, Kevin Schmidt, Evan Cole and Joseph Gasperich have joined Heartland as consulting engineers.

At Heartland Label Printers, Chris Armstrong has been named safety coordinator. He is a recent graduate of UW Whitewater where he majored in occupational health and safety. Scott Hamilton has been hired as a maintenance technician. He has more than 30 years of technician experience.
