Milwaukee, Wis. – The law firm of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. (WHD) is pleased to announce that attorneys Brad Dallet and Daniel W. Gentges have been named co-leaders of the firm’s Real Estate & Finance Practice Group.

Brad Dallet is a shareholder in WHD’s Milwaukee office where he concentrates his practice in real estate transactions and real estate finance, and represents national, regional and local retailers, developers, companies and individuals in the purchase, sale, development and leasing of retail, industrial, office, and multi-family real estate. He earned his B.S. in finance, cum laude, from Miami University, and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Dallet is a volunteer officer and Wisconsin Alliance co-chair of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a member of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Commercial Association of Realtors-Wisconsin, and the Milwaukee Bar Association.

Daniel W. Gentges is a shareholder in WHD’s Milwaukee office where he concentrates his practice in real estate transactions, construction law and commercial finance. He represents owners, contractors and lenders in connection with the purchase, sale, leasing and development of commercial real estate, construction contracting, financing and leasing arrangements, and repurchase transaction and warehouse lending arrangements. He earned his A.B., with distinction, from the University of Michigan, and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law.

Gentges is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Business Law, Construction & Public Contracts, and Real Property sections; the American College of Mortgage Attorneys; and the Commercial Association of Realtors-Wisconsin.
