UW-Milwaukee: ‘Enterprise 2.0 and Social Business’ to be discussed at Lubar School workshop

“Enterprise 2.0 and Social Business: Applying New Collaboration Approaches to Transform the Workplace” is the topic of a full-day workshop at the Lubar School of Business Center for Technology Innovation on Friday, June 4, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. in room N146, Lubar Hall, 3202 N. Maryland Ave., Milwaukee.

Social tools are an increasingly popular way to communicate in our personal lives and are rapidly moving into workplaces, with profound implications. This strategic workshop will provide a detailed and up-to-date exploration of the application of social tools internally to an organization (Enterprise 2.0) as well as a broader emerging vision of how it will transform the business world, also known as Social Business.

The presenter, Dion Hinchcliffe, is an internationally recognized business strategist and popular keynote speaker on emerging technology and social business strategy. He has helped top companies transform their organizations with 21st century business models.
