Madison, WI –– On September 1, 2010, SupraNet Communications, Inc. marked its 16th anniversary of delivering high-speed Internet and data center services to Wisconsin businesses. President Bryan Chan started the business in 1994 with the intention of becoming one of the most well-respected Internet Service Providers in the area. Today, SupraNet has exceeded that goal by adhering to their core values of Integrity, Continuous Improvement, Long Term Customer Loyalty, and Responsible Success with almost 500 clients in Dane county and its surrounding areas.
Highlights of SupraNet’s 15th Year include the following:
October 2009 – SupraNet completed a SAS 70 Type I audit, an undertaking that fits in line with their core value of continuous improvement. Completed by a third party auditor, this audit allowed SupraNet to better examine their policies, procedures, and security practices. As a result, SupraNet clients can be assured their valuable information is in a highly secure, reliable environment. Currently, SupraNet is working towards completing the next step, the SAS 70 Type II audit, which is set to be completed by the end of the year.
December 2009 – SupraNet received the prestigious InBusiness Executive Choice Award for IT. This was their first time receiving this honor, and is particularly momentous since these awards are write-in votes by top executives in the Madison area.
September 2010 – To thank their loyal clients, SupraNet held a customer appreciation event on September 21st at Forrestal’s Gallery in Middleton, WI. Upwards of 100 guests showed up to help SupraNet celebrate their success and to enjoy great conversation and refreshments.
