MADISON, Wis. — Summit Credit Union Chief Retail Officer Mike Bunge has been appointed to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) Western Wisconsin Board of Directors.

A Waunakee resident, Mike will serve the two-year elected position until June 2011. His role complements Summit’s year-round corporate citizenship and charitable giving support of JDRF, which has included ongoing fundraising and participation in the annual Walk to Cure Diabetes. Since 2001, Summit has raised nearly $100,000 for JDRF.
