MILWAUKEE, Wis. (October 28, 2010) — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Michael M. Grebe, a partner in the Firm’s Milwaukee office, has been appointed to the board of directors of Managed Health Services (MHS).

Mr. Grebe’s practice focuses in the areas of general corporate law, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters. He has significant experience with a wide variety of complex and straightforward forms of transactions, including handling matters for both private and public clients and advising clients in connection with matters related to government relations, including lobbying and campaign finance compliance. Since 2007, he has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America®. He earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his A.B. degree from Dartmouth College.
