OSHKOSH, November 29, 2010 – Governor-elect Scott Walker will be a featured speaker the seventh annual New North Summit on Friday, December 3, 2010 at the Kolf Sports Center at UW-Oshkosh.

Governor-elect Walker will address the crowd of northeast Wisconsin business professionals, and provide some insight into his economic plans for the future of our state.

The Summit will also feature a panel discussion with regional CEOs; breakout sessions on education, manufacturing, business-to-business, and small business initiatives; and a keynote address from Mark Murphy, CEO of the Green Bay Packers.

For the second year in a row, the event will offer a “Taste of Entrepreneurship,” which will allow attendees to sample hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, desserts, and more from a variety of culinary entrepreneurs and businesses from Northeast Wisconsin.
