Social
media is giving business owners a new set of tools to market,
promote and grow
their brands. Learning the mechanics of these tools is
essential, but the real
value comes when businesses incorporate them
into a larger, consistent strategy. This special MMAC/Fuel Milwaukee
session will cover the basics of social media and outline fundamental
strategies
that apply to the business community. From Twitter to
LinkedIn to Facebook and
blogs, you will walk away with a better
understanding of the latest online platforms and how they can be applied
to your organization. You’ll also learn about MMAC’s new social media
initiatives,
enabling you to stay in touch with the Chamber.

Al
Krueger
and Sara Meaney of Comet Branding + PR
will provide an overview of the various social media tools and how they
can be used in specific ways to benefit business. At the end of the
session,
attendees will be better equipped to dive deeper into social
media with rock-solid
strategy in mind.
