WAUKESHA, WI (September 17, 2010) – The 2010 MBA Parade of Homes may be over, but some participating Parade builders are still nailing down final details on sales contracts attributed to Parade visitor traffic.

Over the course of the 23-day event, three Parade home models sold – The Preston by Bielinski Homes, The McKinley by Kaerek Homes, Inc. and The Sequoia by Tim O’Brien Homes.

In addition, Brookstone Homes attributed two building contracts for its The Monet Parade model, UBuildIt Custom Homes & Renovations attributed two building contracts for its The Ethan Parade model and Victory Homes of Wisconsin, Inc. (The Dover II and The Monticello)/Allan Builders, LLC (The Sienna) attributed three building contracts for its Parade models.

“The 2010 Parade was a success on many levels, but none more gratifying than seeing our MBA builder members who participated reap the benefits of MBA membership and all of the hard work they put into their Parade models,” said Rick Hodges, MBA Executive Director.

Not only did The McKinley by Kaerek Homes and The Sequoia by Tim O’Brien Homes sell, but they were voted, along with The Ethan by UBuildIt Custom Homes & Renovations, as People’s Choice Award Winners by Parade attendees.

For people who didn’t get a chance to tour the homes during the Parade or toured and would like to tour them again, many of the models are still open.

“It’s important for consumers to know that just because the Parade has ended it doesn’t mean they can’t still view or purchase a Parade model,” said Hodges. For a list of Parade models that are still open and model show hours, visit MBAonline.org .
