MetLife: Jay Wille earns Chartered Leadership Fellow

GREEN BAY, WI SEPTEMBER 2 – Jay Wille of MetLife Great Lakes, an office of MetLife, was recently awarded the Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF) designation from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.

Candidates for the CLF designation must complete a minimum of seven courses, the last of which is a four-day residency program. They must also fulfill stringent experience and ethics requirements. Over 700 individuals have been awarded the Chartered Leadership Fellow designation since its inception in 1999.

Wille is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Green Bay, and he received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a registered representative of MetLife and is a member Washington Lodge #21 F&AM, and he is the Vice President of the Northeast Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He has worked in the financial services industry for fifteen years.

The CLF is the first managerial leadership designation created specifically for financial services professionals. Courses for this advanced designation feature an effective mix of relevant business curriculum, practical field applications, and special programs to prepare individuals for the challenge of leading financial services organizations. Individuals who complete the Chartered Leadership Fellow program receive in-depth training and education in leadership, organization and interpersonal relationships.
