RICHFIELD, Wis., February 8, 2010 – DCI Cheese Company, a leading importer, distributor and marketer of specialty cheeses and other restaurant-quality prepared foods, announces the addition of four new employees: Michael Sparda, Sales Director – East Coast; Bryan Lehner, Staff Accountant; Carol Menozzi, Merchandiser; and Kristy Klug, Marketing Communications Specialist. Additionally, five current employees have been promoted: Katie Jury, Marketing Supervisor; Sue Margelofsky, Supply Planner; Brian Loch, Sales Manager; Vivian Long, Regional Sales Manager; and Marilyn Levinsohn, Director of Import & Trade Compliance.

Michael Sparda

Michael Sparda joins DCI as Sales Director – East Coast. Sparda will be responsible for growing sales from DCI’s New Jersey office and will manage the sales staff in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining DCI, Sparda was with White Wave Foods where he worked as a Sales Director for three and one half years. Prior to that, he worked at Kraft Foods for ten years as a Region Sales Director. Sparda received his Bachelor’s Degree from College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts.

“Michael brings a wealth of experience in managing both projects and people,” said Omer. “We are excited to have him on the DCI team and think he will be immediately effective in our fast-paced environment.”


Carol Menozzi

Carol Menozzi joins DCI as Merchandiser. She will work closely with one of DCI’s largest accounts in the Southeast region. Prior to joining DCI, Menozzi worked at Mattel, Inc. for 15 years in a variety of retail service positions. Menozzi received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee.


Bryan Lehner, CPA

Bryan Lehner joins DCI as a Staff Accountant. Lehner received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He has as passed all four section of the Uniform Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam. While attending school, Lehner was an Accounting/Budget Intern at Presto Products Company.


Kristy Klug

Kristy Klug joins DCI as Marketing Communications Specialist. She joins the company after four years with Irgens Development Partners where she worked as a Manager of Marketing & Graphics. Prior to that she served as Marketing Coordinator for Corporate Group and Cousins Submarines, Inc. Klug received her Bachelor’s Degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Ia.


Katie Jury

Katie Jury has been promoted to Marketing Supervisor. She has been with DCI since November, 2005.


Sue Margelofsky

Sue Margelofsky has been promoted to Supply Planner. She has served in a variety of roles since joining DCI in September, 1998.


Brian Loch

Brian Loch has been promoted to Sales Manager. He has been with DCI since September, 2008.


Vivian Long

Vivian Long has been promoted to Regional Sales Manager. She has been with DCI since February, 2007.


Marilyn Levinsohn

Marilyn Levinsohn has been promoted to Director of Import & Trade Compliance. She has been with DCI since October, 2003.

Sparda, Long and Levinsohn will work from the Carlstadt, N.J., office. Menozzi will be supporting DCI’s Bentonville, Ark., office from her home office in Florida. Lehner, Klug, Jury, Margelofsky and Loch will work out of the company’s headquarters in Richfield, Wis.
