New promotion supplies consumers with broad assortment of free Italian recipes

RICHFIELD, Wis., September 21, 2010 – DCI Cheese Company (DCI) is pleased to introduce a new promotion for its il Giardino line of Italian imported and Italian-style domestic specialty cheeses: “Easy Italian Cooking at Home”. Take One machines stocked with free il Giardino recipe brochures will be positioned in participating retailers during the promotion.
