RICHFIELD, Wis. – DCI Cheese Company, a leading importer, manufacturer, distributor and marketer of specialty cheeses and other restaurant-quality prepared foods, announces the addition of four new employees: Tina Dozier, Help Desk Coordinator; Jim Matelski, IT Infrastructure Manager; Joe Scheske, Senior Portfolio Supply Planner; Rick Vitlip, Quality Analyst/Auditor. One promotion was announced: Chris Sandretti, General Manager – Green Bay. Additionally, Cathy King’s role has been expanded to include the supervision of all product merchandising training.

Tina Dozier

Tina Dozier joins DCI as Help Desk Coordinator. Dozier will be responsible for installation and support of hardware, desktop software, operating systems and network connectivity. She has worked for Democrat and Chronicle since 1999 as Server System Analyst and, before that, Help Desk Specialist. Dozier holds a Bachelor’s degree from Empire State College in New York.

Jim Matelski

Jim Matelski joins DCI as IT Infrastructure Manager. Matelski primary focus will be to ensure the stable operation of DCI’s information technology infrastructure. He comes to DCI with extensive IT experience, most recently at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel where he served as Server Engineering Manager for six years. Rosenberg received his Bachelor’s degree from Doane College in Nebraska. He is also a certified Microsoft System Engineer.

Joe Scheske

Joe Scheske joins DCI as Senior Portfolio Supply Planner. Scheske will manage the supply chain for a major component of one of DCI’s key accounts. Scheske has worked at Plexus Electronic Assembly as Materials & Warehouse Manager and at Fox River Paper/Neenah Paper, Miller Brewing and Mercury Marine in the following positions: Operations Planning & Logistics Manager, Senior Supply Chain Manager and Director of IT Strategic Planning. Scheske received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Rick Vitlip

Rick Vitlip joins DCI as Quality Analyst/Auditor. In this role, Vitlip will be responsible for providing guidance internally and within the vendor base to promote vendor quality initiatives. Additionally he will work to ensure that appropriate quality controls, risk mitigation mechanisms and continuous programs are in place. Prior to joining DCI, Vitlip worked at A.L. Schutzman Company as SQF Coordinator. He also worked at Kerry Ingredients & Flavours, Wayne Farms LLC and Chr. Hansen Inc in the following roles: Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist. Vitlip received his Bachelor’s degree from Marietta College.

Chris Sandretti

Chris Sandretti has been promoted to General Manager – Green Bay. In addition to managing DCI’s Green Bay conversion facility, Sandretti will also supervise the company’s supply chain team.

Cathy King

Cathy King’s role has been expanded. In addition to her current duties, she will now be responsible for training Merchandisers and store personnel on DCI’s specialty cheeses. Her tremendous product knowledge and industry expertise will be extensively utilized in this new training responsibility.

Dozier, Matelski, Scheske and Vitlip will work from the company’s headquarters in Richfield, Wis. Sandretti will be based out of both the Richfield, Wis., and Green Bay, Wis., facilities. King will continue to be based out of the Carlstadt, N.J., office, working remotely in the field.
