RICHFIELD, Wis., October 6, 2010 – DCI Cheese Company, a leading importer, manufacturer, distributor and marketer of specialty cheeses and other restaurant-quality prepared foods, announces the addition of four new employees: Amanda Bintoro, Demand Planning Manager; Barb Landay, Customer Service Representative; Larry Rosenberg, National Sales Manager – Food Service; and Becky Volkman, Demand Planning Manager. Five promotions were also announced: Doug Bissing, Supply Chain Manager; Shaun Dennis, Supply Chain Team Leader; and Sandy Doubleday, Lori Margelofsky and Kirstyn Schegetz, Inside Sales Representatives.

Amanda Bintoro

Amanda Bintoro joins DCI as Demand Planning Manager. Bintoro will manage a team of planners and will be responsible for monitoring and controlling a variety of activities throughout the supply chain. She has worked for New England Confectionery Company as Demand Planning/Sales Analysis Manager, Lamplight – WC Bradley Co. as Senior Demand Planning Analyst, Dumas Shipyard as Internal Consultant and Anderson Worldwide – Prasetio Strategic Consulting as Senior Consultant – Quality Management Systems. Bintoro holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and a Master’s degree from UW-Whitewater.

Barb Landay

Barb Landay joins DCI as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, Landay will be responsible for providing a high level of service to DCI’s internal and external customers. Landay has worked at Cooper Power Systems as an Inside Sales Representative and at O’Byrne Distribution Centers/Riteway Transport as a Customer Service Representative. Landay received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and has a Certificate in Global Business from Waukesha County Technical College.

Larry Rosenberg

Larry Rosenberg joins DCI as National Sales Manager – Food Service. Rosenberg’s primary focus will be to increase sales within the food service industry. He comes to DCI with 18 years of progressive sales experience within both the food service and retail channels, most recently at Ken’s Foods, Inc as a Regional Sales Manager. Rosenberg received his Bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University and his Masters degree from DePaul University.

Becky Volkman

Becky Volkman joins DCI as a Demand Planning Manager. In this role, Volkman will be responsible for developing mid- and long-range operational plans for the Green Bay facility including capacity analysis, staffing requirements and inventory thresholds.

Doug Bissing

Doug Bissing has been promoted to Supply Chain Manager. In his new role, Bissing will manage a team of supply chain and logistics personnel and play a key role in the supply chain process for one of DCI’s key customers.

Shaun Dennis

Shaun Dennis has been promoted to Supply Chain Team Leader. Dennis will manage a team of supply planners specifically focused on one of DCI’s main customers.

Sandy Doubleday, Lori Margelofsky & Kirstyn Schegetz

Sandy Doubleday, Lori Margelofsky and Kirstyn Schegetz have been promoted to Inside Sales Representatives. In this new role, they will act as the primary contact for DCI’s outside sales group facilitating increased efficiency and enhanced customer service.

Bintoro, Bissing, Dennis, Doubleday, Landay, Margelofsky and Schegetz will work from the company’s headquarters in Richfield, Wis. Rosenberg and Volkman will be based out of the Green Bay, Wis., facility.
