KENOSHA, WI – October 19, 2010 – Gordon Food Service (GFS) has chosen Bukacek Construction to construct its first GFS Marketplace in the state. The new 11,357 square foot retail grocery store is located in Pleasant Prairie and is anticipated to be completed in early 2011.
Gordon Food Service is the largest family owned and operated foodservice distributor in North America. When GFS establishes a warehouse and distribution facility in a new geographic region – in this case in Kenosha – they follow up with multiple retail stores called Gordon Food Service Marketplaces in that region as well.
