Attorney Maureen A. Wegleitner will present Individual Bankruptcy on Oct. 5 from 8 to 9 p.m. at the Menomonie Public Library, 600 Wolske Bay Rd. This presentation is designed to provide a broad overview of the Chapter 7 bankruptcy process for individuals and married couples.

Koll will present Foreclosure 101 on Oct. 6 from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Menomonie Public Library, 600 Wolske Bay Rd. Learn the foreclosure process, what to do if you’ve been served with a foreclosure complaint, a tenant’s rights in a foreclosed property and the process of buying a foreclosed house at sheriff’s sale.
