BELOIT, Wis. – ABC Supply Co. Inc. has promoted Mike Roadt, manager of its Hartland, Wis. store, to managing partner. Roadt joined ABC Supply in 2001 and was named manager of the Hartland branch in 2008.
ABC Supply is the largest wholesale distributor of roofing in the United States and one of the nation’s largest distributors of siding, windows and other select exterior building products. Its Hartland branch is located at 550 S. Industrial Drive.
Roadt is a resident of Lisbon, Wis.
As a managing partner, he will continue to oversee the Hartland branch and will take on additional responsibilities. He will become a member of ABC Supply’s National Branch Advisory Board, which advises senior management on a wide range of topics, including strategic initiatives, branch expansion, product development, technology, branch operation and company policy.
To be selected for the managing partner program, Roadt had to meet stringent criteria in the areas of customer satisfaction, associate development, improvement in branch performance, safety compliance and excellence in overall business practices.
