Milwaukee, Wis. – Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. is pleased to announce that the Public Policy Forum Board of Trustees elected Philip Koutnik as a new Trustee. The Public Policy Forum is an organization dedicated to nonpartisan research on public policy issues affecting Southeastern Wisconsin.

Koutnik is an attorney in the Milwaukee office of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. where he practices as a member of the Corporate Transactions and Business Law Group. He also works with the Emerging Companies Practice Group where he assists developing companies in their various stages of growth.

Koutnik is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, American Bar Association, and Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association. He is an honors graduate of Marquette University Law School, where he was an Associate Editor of the Marquette Law Review.
