RIVER FALLS, WI- February 17th, 2009 – Sajan, the leader in on-demand language translation technology and services, has announced the addition of Peter Shutte as the new VP of Business Development.
In his role of Vice President of Business Development, Shutte will be developing strategic alliances to help further accelerate the current increasing revenue stream. Bringing over 20 years of sales experience on a worldwide basis at both an enterprise and SMB level, Shutte was one of the pioneers in the SAAS market. As one of the original members of WebEx in his role of Director of Enterprise Sales, within a four year period his group had over half of the fortune 500 as WebEx customers – with an annual recurring revenue stream of $25M. As co-founder of Workgroup Technology (WTC), a PDM/PLM company, he developed the VAR Channel and Direct Sales throughout North America and then set-up the European HQ out of Munich, Germany, with offices and partners throughout Europe. Most recently, he was VP of Sales at Nsite, which offered an on-demand application builder and process management solution that was acquired by Business Objects. Shutte has extensive knowledge and experience in the SAAS and solutions based sale.
