Milwaukee, Wis. – January 9, 2009 – Mason Wells Buyout Fund II, L. P. (“Mason Wells”) announced today the acquisition of TOLAS Healthcare Packaging by its portfolio company, Oliver Medical, LLC.
The acquisition combines two very successful medical and pharmaceutical packaging suppliers. It increases Oliver’s presence in the market, broadens the product line, and expands the coating and manufacturing operations of both organizations.

Oliver Medical was acquired by Mason Wells in June 2007. Oliver Medical has been a leading supplier of innovative die cut lid, roll stock and pouch products since1968. It has manufacturing operations in Grand Rapids, Mich., and Venray, Netherlands; and a sales office in Suzhou, China.
