Milwaukee, WI (September 23, 2009) – Wisconsin-based Hufcor, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of a new member to its board of directors. Effective immediately, Thor Lundgren, a prominent corporate attorney from the law firm of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP has been appointed to serve on the company’s board of directors.
“We are delighted to welcome Thor to our board of directors, stated Hufcor CEO J. Michael Borden. His knowledge of our company coupled with his experience advising boards on business matters will assist us in achieving our strategic and operating goals. Lundgren currently serves as a board member for American Appraisal Associates, The Nicholas Company, Competitive Wisconsin, Inc. and the University of Minnesota Law School. His practice concentrates on all aspects of corporate law, business transactions and finance, including domestic and foreign mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, and debt and equity restructuring and financing under securities and banking laws.
