Neenah, WI — It is a pleasure to announce that Debra Marquette, Greenville, WI has accepted the position of Vice President—Marketing and Communications with Equitable Reserve Association. Ms. Marquette began work at the Association’s home office on Monday, May 18, 2009.

In this role, Ms. Marquette will be responsible for recruiting, sales, marketing, corporate communications and public relations for Equitable Reserve.

Her strong background, broad knowledge of insurance and fraternal benefit societies, and management experience across multiple disciplines make her an outstanding addition to the Association.

Before joining Equitable Reserve Association, Ms. Marquette managed teams dealing with products and services for career field representatives, developed advanced sales and marketing processes, branded and consolidated marketing and promotional materials for a newly merged Fortune 500 company, and managed a fraternal customer services team. In addition to her fraternal and insurance background, she has managed her own marketing consulting firm, worked for the Department of Social Services and for an area bank.

Ms. Marquette earned her BA in Management and Communications from Concordia University, Milwaukee, graduating Summa Cum Laude. In addition to being a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Fraternal Insurance Counselor (FIC), she has her FINRA Securities Series 6, 63, and 26 licenses, and an Associate, Life Health Claims (ALHC) and an Associate, Customer Service (ACS) designation from LOMA.
