Nicole Wyrembeck has launched Decision Point, a Madison-based research and marketing firm. Decision Point helps companies around the country use insight into customer feelings and public attitudes and opinion to shape marketing strategies and develop new products. This research incorporates social media as a marketing tool.
Wyremebeck, who has 20 years experience with a local market research firm with national and international clients, said Decision Point takes the process one step further by combining social science with marketing expertise.
Team members, all with 15 years of experience or more, include Katie Ryan Kurtz, senior marketing strategist, who has identified and developed new products and packaging, repositioned and expanded product lines, and negotiated with international manufacturers.
Donna Cangelosi, senior research strategist, is a social scientist who specializes in explaining the factors that underlie buying behaviors. She is a national presenter, trainer and voice of the customer expert. Cangelosi previously owned Market Insights in Wauwatosa before moving to Madison.
Michelle Bollinger, e-marketing strategist, specializes in web and social media marketing to expand client brand presence by integrating social media marketing with traditional marketing.
