Madison, Wis. — Alliant Energy Corporation (NYSE: LNT) today announced the appointment of Wayne Reschke as vice president of human resources.
Reschke brings with him more than 30 years of experience in human resources and leadership and organizational development consulting, as well as a Master’s degree in Counseling and Organizational Behavior. He will assume responsibility for oversight of the human resources, labor relations, safety and diversity functions, including determining long-term strategy, addressing the needs of current and future workforce, developing talent and competitively managing changing compensation and benefit trends.
In this role, he will report to Barbara Swan, executive vice president, general counsel and chief administrative officer.
This appointment will be effective on September 8, 2009.
