Wisconsin Ethanol Coalition Launches Statewide Radio Ad Campaign Today

MILWAUKEE – The Wisconsin Ethanol Coalition officially launched a statewide radio campaign this morning aimed at promoting the positive benefits that ethanol production and use has in Wisconsin.

“This ad campaign is another important step,” said Joshua Morby, spokesman for the Wisconsin Ethanol Coalition.  “The goal of this campaign is to work to dispel some of the myths about ethanol. We hope people begin to understand that ethanol is a clean, renewable form of energy that will promote economic development here in Wisconsin and help us get over our dependency on foreign oil.”

The 30-second radio ad, which began running statewide today, promotes the benefits of the ethanol industry in Wisconsin, including its potential to create jobs and lower gas prices.

The Wisconsin Ethanol Coalition is a diverse group of businesses, environmental groups, and statewide and local organizations that have come together to build both public and legislative awareness of ethanol issues.
