MADISON, Wis. – January 30, 2008 – Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. is pleased to announce it has extended its Corporate Transactions & Business Acquisitions and Finance and Securities practices with the addition of Attorney Kristine A. Ackerman Sperling.


 


Sperling will primarily focus her practice on business organization and growth through capital development and financing transactions across industry sectors.


 


Her past experience includes, but is not limited to, representing issuers and underwriters in private and public security offerings, including working on their behalf with the Securities and Exchange Commission; representing sellers and purchasers in merger and acquisition transactions; and representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured revolving and term loan facilities, both domestic and international, including mezzanine and second lien lending transactions.


 


Sperling earned her law degree, cum laude, and B.A., with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wis.
