Graphic Designer, Video Editor and Web Programmers join media firm

Visuality, a Madison-based media firm, is expanding by adding five talented people to its in-house staff. Nick Carvin joins as video editor; Sarah Congdon as graphic design; and Erik Kulik, Nick Rich, and Ryan Quinn join the Visuality team as web programmers.

“We’re excited to expand our production capabilities by our growing team of media experts,” says Visuality’s President, Jay Sapiro. “Visuality specializes in creative message development, state-of-the-art video, audio, web-design, and interactive media. By having the talents of another graphic designer, video editor and three new web programmers in-house, we’ll be able to better deliver the work our clients expect and deserve.”

Nick Carvin brings his creative skills to the production side of Visuality as its newest video editor. Nick’s training includes work as Lead Graphic Development Manager and Assistant Editor at Performance Courseware in Janesville, Wis. Nick recently received a Telly Award for his fine work. He serves as Communication Chairman and President Elect for Media Communications Association-International, Madison and is an instructor at Madison Media Institute.

Visuality’s new designer, Sarah Congdon, has experience working with several high-profile companies including: Harley-Davidson, Sears, UW Health, Kmart, Kohler Co. and Mercury Marine. While working for agencies in both the Fox Valley and Milwaukee, she earned awards for her creativity including several Addy awards. Sarah also is an instructor at Moraine Park Technical College.

Eric Kulik, joins Visuality as a web programmer. His technical expertise was developed in both Poland and the United States. After earning his Master’s degree in computer engineering, he worked with Microsoft and Rybnet in Poland and Mid-State Electrical Contractors, Inc. in Baraboo.

Nick Rich is another addition to the web programming team at Visuality. He fine tuned his skills working for several companies in Arizona. Most recently, he served as Director of Information Technology at Digital Ventures in Tempe, Ariz.

Web Programmer, Ryan Quinn, returns to Wisconsin after working for several companies and owning his own computer consulting business in Iowa. Recently, Quinn worked as a custom programmer and worked in China for several months. Quinn also does non-profit work for the Symphony OS Project.

“Our new staff member’s experience of working for high-profile clients both nationally and internationally will help us offer our clients a high-level of creativity and expertise in several media areas,” adds Sapiro. “Their skills will take Visuality’s graphic, video and web productions to the next level.”
