TEMPO Milwaukee: Announces its 19th Annual TEMPO Mentor Award recipients

TEMPO Milwaukee today announced the recipients of the 19th annual TEMPO Mentor Awards: Beverly Greenberg (Time Warner Cable) and Susan Ela (Aurora Health Care). The recipients will be recognized at TEMPO Milwaukee’s 19th annual Mentor Awards Luncheon, on Thursday, February 19, 2009, at The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m..

The Mentor Awards celebrate the practice of mentoring, recognizing individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary commitment to helping others achieve their personal and professional potential. Each Mentor Award honoree will select a college or university to receive a scholarship for a woman in her junior or senior year. This year TEMPO Milwaukee will award two $5,000 scholarships, bringing its scholarship total to $100,000 since 1990.

TEMPO Milwaukee’s Mentor Awards Luncheon will be held on Thursday, February 19, at this year’s new location, the Pfister Hotel, located at 424 East Wisconsin Avenue. The reception begins at 11:30 a.m., with the luncheon to commence at noon. Corporate tables are available for $1,000, which includes seating for eight people. This expense is deductible as a charitable expense. Individual tickets are $50 per person for members, $60 per person for guests.
