Oshkosh Corp. today reported that it incurred a fiscal third quarter net loss of $84.3 million, or $1.14 per share, compared with net income of $90.6 million, or $1.21 per share, in the same period a year ago.
The most recent quarter included pre-tax charges of $175.2 million related to the company’s previously announced non-cash impairment of intangible assets of the Geesink Norba Group, the firm’s European refuse collection vehicle business.
