Milwaukee – March 18, 2008 – Right Management has hired Michael Bleadorn, Ph.D., as Vice President, Organizational Consulting in the Midwest Region’s Organizational Consulting Practice. “Michael’s knowledge and expertise as a consultant in organizational development and talent management will make him a valuable asset to our growing Organizational Consulting Practice,” said Joanne Stroud, Midwest Region Organizational Consulting Practice Leader for Right Management.
In his new role, Bleadorn reports directly to Joanne Stroud.
“For 19 years, Michael has provided coaching and developmental planning services to all levels of management across a wide variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, healthcare and technology,” said Stroud.
Bleadorn has applied his expert coaching skills to build the “business athlete” within successful leaders, helping them achieve peak performance.
Bleadorn holds a Ph.D. from U.S.I.U. (Alliant University), as well as a master’s degree from University of Northern Iowa, and a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College. He is a Licensed Psychologist in Wisconsin and a member of the American Psychological Association.
Nationally recognized for his contributions and commitment to the youth of Wisconsin, Bleadorn has been involved for many years in the Wisconsin Amateur Athletic Union (AAU).
