MADISON, Wis., April 4 /PRNewswire/ — Representatives from Fireside Hearth & Home announced today that Marian Timmerman and Bill McCarthy of Fitchburg, Wisconsin are the winners of Wisconsin’s first Fireside Hearth & Home “Fireplace Facelift” contest. Timmerman and McCarthy will receive a $5000 fireplace and hearth makeover before the end of May, 2007.

Fireside Hearth & Home ran the Madison Fireplace Facelift contest in February and March of this year. Over fifty Madison area homeowners submitted photos and essays of their fireplaces for a chance to win the Fireside Hearth & Home Fireplace Facelift contest. Entries were accepted at the Madison Fireside Hearth & Home retail store location.
Timmerman’s and McCarthy’s arts and crafts style home is located near a lake in Cambridge, Wisconsin. Fireside Hearth & Home experts plan to include a caramel colored cultured ledge stone installed up to an oak mantel. The new hearth will complement the arts and crafts style of the home.
