Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. Expands Products Liability Practice With Trial Attorney LoCoco

MilwaukeeWhyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. announced today that attorney Frank H. LoCoco has joined the firm’s Litigation Department, where he will practice principally in the areas of product liability litigation and risk avoidance.


“Frank brings a wealth of product liability litigation and risk avoidance experience to the practice,” said Ann Maher, vice president of the Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek Litigation Department.  “His expertise will add tremendous value to our already strong group of product liability trial lawyers.”


LoCoco has counseled manufacturing clients that specialize in industrial equipment, agricultural equipment, as well as truck, trailer and automotive manufacturers on product safety issues for over 21 years. He has litigated product liability cases in over 40 states and conducted comprehensive product liability audits and training sessions for corporate clients’ engineering, legal, marketing, warranty and sales departments.

LoCoco, a Milwaukee-native, is a member of the Product Liability Advisory Council, the Milwaukee Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute and has lectured extensively on product liability.


LoCoco is a 1986 cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison.
