Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek Hires Michael Moore as Recruiting, Integration Director

Newly created position will drive cultural alignment, integration to advance client interests

MILWAUKEE – October 18, 2007 – Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. (WHD) has hired Michael F. Moore for the newly created role of Director of Recruiting and Integration. Moore’s focus will be on the expansion and integration of the firm’s legal practice teams, implementation of strategic growth initiatives, as well as associate and paralegal evaluation and development.

“Michael joins us at a pivotal juncture in the future growth of our firm,” WHD CEO Mark Miller said. “As our firm expands, collaborative team environments and evolution of practices to fit new and emerging client needs have become increasingly important.”

Prior to joining the executive team at WHD, Moore spent 10 years as a practicing attorney and in-house corporate counsel followed by 10 years as a corporate executive. For the last five years, he has been an executive recruiter and a management consultant. His 25 years of experience and background give him deep insight into WHD’s culture and what both attorneys and clients value.

“The culture of a firm becomes even more important as it grows and clients look for a consistent experience as their range of legal services broadens,” Moore said. “WHD’s strategic growth is built on a foundation of core values and culture. The leadership here understands that our success is tied directly to our people and the ability to maximize the value that individuals across the firm produce for our clients.”

Moore is a member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment and Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals. He holds a bachelor’s of arts degree in English and History from Albion College and a law degree from Lewis & Clark School of Law.
