WHYTE HIRSCHBOECK DUDEK ADDS W. DAVID SHENK TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LITIGATION TEAM

MADISON, Wis. – November 7, 2007 – Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. today announced the addition of Attorney W. David Shenk to its growing intellectual property practice in Madison. Shenk will focus on litigation, arbitration and mediation of patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters.

 


Shenk has litigated cases involving a broad range of technology across different markets, including database software, document management systems, digital devices, semiconductors, inhalable antibiotics and sporting equipment. He has practiced before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.


 


Shenk received his law degree from the University of Michigan and graduate degrees in languages and literature from Columbia University. He served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Howard D. McKibben, U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.
