WHYTE HIRSCHBOECK DUDEK ADDS BOWER TO ENVIRONMENTAL LAW PRACTICE

MADISON, Wis. – October 31, 2007 – Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. announced today that it has expanded its environmental law practice with the addition of Attorney Phillip R. Bower.


 


Bower will focus on permitting, regulatory compliance and other environmental matters for utility, real estate and corporate clients. Bower has successfully represented energy utilities and manufacturers in project development and construction, including federal clean air, water and land use regulatory compliance.


 


He received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and holds a Bachelor of Science in GeoEnvironmental Engineering and a Master of Science in Mineral Processing from the Pennsylvania State University.
