Snap-on Incorporated Declares Quarterly Dividend

KENOSHA, Wis.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Snap-on Incorporated (NYSE: SNA) board of directors declared a second-quarter dividend of $0.27 per share, payable June 11, 2007, to shareholders of record on May 21, 2007. Snap-on has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends, without interruption or reduction, since 1939.
