MADISON, Wis., Aug. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Sonic Foundry(R) Inc. (NASDAQ:SOFO) , a leader in automated rich media communications technology, today announced the company’s Mediasite Event Services group is webcasting Noble Financial’s Annual Investor Forum. The event is taking place at Charleston Place in Charleston, South Carolina from August 20 through 21, 2007.

The conference will showcase approximately 120 small cap public companies that have appealing positions or products in the marketplace. Groups of senior executives will present their business strategy and outlook to attendees including portfolio managers and analysts. Sonic Foundry technicians are working on-site to capture the audio, video and visual aids for each of the public company presentations, breakout sessions and keynote speaker Clyde C. Harrison, President and Director of Brookshire Raw Materials Group, Inc. The presentations are then automatically webcasted using Sonic Foundry’s patented Mediasite(R) web communications platform.

“This marks our second year webcasting the annual investor forum with Sonic Foundry Event Services. Last year, Sonic Foundry’s Mediasite technology delivered record online audiences, providing investors with a crystal-clear understanding of each company’s vision and strategy,” said Mark Pinvidic, managing partner of Noble Financial. “I’d never received requests from our presenting companies to use their webcast as a marketing tool until Mediasite came along. After the event, I had over seventy CEOs and CFOs contact me asking for a copy of their webcast. Because our conference powers millions of dollars in future investment, Mediasite is a distinctive strength for us and a valuable investor relations resource for our presenting companies.”

The presentations will be available for on-demand viewing at http://www.two-007.net/. Registration is required.

Sonic Foundry’s Event Services group consists of systems engineers and project managers with an extensive knowledge of audio/video production and webcasting.
