MIT Club of Wisconsin hosts Enterprise Forum on Financial Markets: Wisconsin & Nationally

MADISON – The MIT club of Wisconsin, in conjunction with the law offices of Lathrop & Clark LLP, will host an Enterprise Forum on financial markets throughout the nation and in Wisconsin.  The event will be held January 25, 2007 at the Pyle Center on the UW-Madison campus beginning at 5 pm. 


 


The forum will feature a Global Broadcast from the MIT campus in Cambridge, MA. Moderated by Liz Claman (anchor of CNBC’s Morning Call), a panel of seasoned investment professionals including Axel Bichara, senior partner at Atlas Venture, Benjamin Howe, CEO of America’s Growth Capital, Frederick Lane, CEO of Lane, Berry & Co., and Deborah Kuenstner, managing director of reseach at Fidelity Investments, will discuss what all entrepreneurs should know about the forces shaping investment decisions for the coming year.


 


Following the Global Broadcast, a local panel of Wisconsin business leaders including Dick Leazer, principal of Wisconsin Investment Partners, Lorrie Keating Heinemann, Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Financial Instituions, Paul Jones, President of the Council for Innovation, and Adam Bock, CEO of Nebraska Surgical Solutions, will discuss the growing capital markets in Wisconsin.
