“Two key elements critical to creating compelling products are satisfying unmet user needs and creating an emotional connection with the customer, “said Sagan. “We will strive to innovate and differentiate Empire products based on precision, convenience, functionality, and on how professionals and DIYers use measurement tools to help create their dream projects.” Empire Level has been a designer, innovator, and manufacturer of levels and layout tools since 1919.
