MILWAUKEE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Metavante Corporation, the banking and payments technology subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (NYSE: MI), today announced that American Bank & Trust Company, N.A. has signed a comprehensive long-term agreement for the Metavante Integrated Banking Solution, the Metavante outsourced core processing system. American Bank and Trust is headquartered in Davenport, Iowa, with bank locations in eastern Iowa and throughout northern Illinois.
