MILWAUKEE, April 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (M&I) has announced the promotion of Gina McBride to vice president, corporate secretary. She will also continue to manage shareholder relations. McBride has been with M&I since 1992, most recently serving as vice president, assistant corporate secretary.

McBride earned a bachelor’s degree from Cardinal Stritch University, where she graduated with magna cum laude honors.
