Madison Mayor Dave Cieslewicz and challenger Ray Allen will discuss the future of the city and regional economy at a March 27 forum hosted by the Wisconsin Innovation Network, the membership arm of the Wisconsin Technology Council. The forum will take place over the noon hour at the Sheraton Inn on John Nolen Drive. It will be moderated by Tom Still, president of the Tech Council, and feature questions from tech company owners and others in the Madison-area tech industry.
