Kritzer Joins DeWitt Ross & Stevens Law Firm

MADISON, WI (November 5, 2007) — DeWitt Ross & Stevens is pleased to announce the addition of Derek R. Kritzer to its Madison, Wisconsin, office.

Mr. Kritzer’s practice is focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, real estate, securities and intellectual property law. He has handled a number of transactions involving the acquisition of hotel properties, dental practices and other professional practices.  Mr. Kritzer conducts the formation of limited liability companies and corporations, and prepares private placement memorandums for both start-up businesses and existing companies seeking additional capital.

Mr. Kritzer received his B.S. in Accounting from Valparaiso University and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. Mr. Kritzer was selected as a Wisconsin Rising Star, Law & Politics, December 2006.
