  BACKGROUND:


Nakoma Development LLC and Enterprise will announce the grand opening of Parmenter Circle, a 50-unit mixed-income apartment complex near downtown Middleton, providing 40 affordable and 10 market-rate apartments at the site of a former motel on Highway 12. The four-story building is the first Enterprise Green Communities initiative property built in Wisconsin and includes green and luxury amenities at rents affordable to working individuals and families.


Nakoma Development, LLC, is a private development group started in 2005 by Robert Schwarz and Robert Gake, and is based in Madison, Wisconsin. Mr. Schwarz has extensive experience in finance and development of workforce housing. Robert Gake is a licensed mechanical engineer and finance professional and has experience with HVAC design and energy efficiency systems.
